In the past, I have worked in Outpatient mental health and drug/alcohol facilities, a prison setting, and intensive family therapy in-home settings. Since I have worked with individuals from diverse backgrounds, I’ve gained ample experience working with ages that range between 13-65 years old. Problematic areas that I have assisted clients in are the following: PTSD, anxiety, depression, substance use, anger, grief and loss, mood disorders, adjustment and many more. Currently, I am an EMDR Certified therapist, which treats PTSD, anxiety, panic, depression, grief and loss, and daily stressors. I also utilized tools from mindfulness meditation, CBT, person-centered, and strength-based approaches. Some things I like to do in my free time are traveling, skiing, kayaking, and spending time with my family and friends.
